BACKGROUND
Before law school, Charles Butler was part of a family construction business that spanned four generations. When you work with Charles, you are working with a lawyer who may understand the technical aspects of your legal matter better than some lawyers.

Law School: Honors graduate of The University of Toledo College of Law; Editor of the nationally published legal journal The University of Toledo Law Review; Recipient of American Jurisprudence awards for excellence in Legal Writing and Civil Trial Procedure: Alumni Scholarship recipient; Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity (executive officer).
Undergraduate: Indiana University (B.S. Public Affairs and Administration, 1987)

BACKGROUND
Prior to law school Kim worked as Structural Drafter for Sponseller Group, Inc., in Holland, Ohio. Kim also has the distinction of being published in the Construction Law legal journal. Kim is a life-long resident of Northwest Ohio. Among other things, she assists the agricultural and business community in a variety of legal matters.
EDUCATION
Law School: Vanderbilt University Law School, Juris Doctorate.
Honors: Notes Editor for Vanderbilt’s Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law, Associate Justice for the Vanderbilt Moot Court Board, recipient of Vanderbilt’s National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Law Student Award, and finalist in the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry’s Law Student Writing Competition.
